How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@wendhealth.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@wendhealth.com and we will make it right.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period, but if you are within the 60-day guarantee window for your most recent order, the guarantee applies.
